The new version works well! I like the addition of 8-directional movement found in the Luminaria level, and the particle effects add a nice touch. It looks like the ever expanding cat situation has been resolved as well!
A fun take on a Luminaria-style level! I like the use of in-engine synthesis for manipulating the pitch of the audio sample. The the cat sprites do eventually cover up the whole screen, preventing the fish bones from being clicked.
